Sedo’s Dave Evanson Sells for $220,000

Sedo domain broker Dave Evanson is on a roll. After selling for $450,000 last week, Evanson is back again with another six-figure sale.

In a tweet this afternoon, Dave disclosed that he had successfully brokered the sale of the domain name

The sale of, a sought after one-word domain, will be listed as the third-largest domain sale of the year so far, according to DNJournal’s sales chart.

As of publishing, the domain name’s buyer is unknown, with the name currently in the process of moving away from a WHOIS privacy protected Enom account.

Archival copies of the domain show that it was once used as a domain registrar and hosting provider but it has been largely dormant for a while.
