Resolution Games Upgrades to Resolution.com

Gaming company Resolution has scored a significant domain name upgrade, likely paying a six-figure sum in the process.

Founded in 2015, this Swedish company operates a virtual reality and augmented reality gaming studio. Some of its most popular titles include Demeo, Ultimechs, and Blaston, with Demeo being a particularly popular game.

Resolution Games, which has raised $38.5 million in funding to date, looks to have acquired Resolution.com at the beginning of March. According to Archive.org, the domain was listed for sale at Brandbucket in February, with an asking price of $480,000.

As of publishing, Resolution.com redirects visitors to ResolutionGames.com, the company’s original domain, but it’s likely that Resolution Games will ultimately switch to Resolution.com.

  1. Superior upgrade.

Now they can go beyond the restrictive ResolutionGames.com. Using Resolution.com, the numerous quadrants could be reached without confusion.

Hopefully, the actual purchase price will be publicized in the near future.
