SeniorsMatter Rebrands to Seasons – with Seasons.com

In June 2022, domain broker Andrew Miller facilitated the sale of Seasons.com in a deal co-brokered by Steve Miholovich of Name Arena. The domain name was sold from the portfolio of the Castello Brothers, a legendary domaining duo that has previously sold names such as Room.com for $1.5 million and Whisky.com for $3.1 million.

The sales price of Seasons.com has never been disclosed, but we now know who acquired the domain name.

Seasons.com was acquired by Quillt, a media brand that owns and operates several digital businesses, including Suggest, a news and entertainment site hosted at Suggest.com. Quillt added another one-word .com, Seasons.com, to its stable, but how is the company using this name?

Quillt is rebranding SeniorsMatter, a caregiving site, to Seasons. In a blog post, the company said,

While the previous name provided a solid foundation, the company realized future growth required a slightly new focus—one that better reflected the site’s audience and the value the company hoped to provide.

The company has already switched from SeniorsMatter.com to Seasons.com.
